The Babylonian nation was noted for its devotion to wine and strong drink. The Lord pictured Babylon as a drunken nation that was overflowing the other nations and yet her judgment was going to come. Alcohol consumption is America’s #1 drug problem. Americans spend $65 BILLION a year on alcohol. We’ll explore this very delicate subject and see what God says about the dangers of drunkenness.
